Outdoor Wellbeing is all about connecting with nature, for the benefit of our physical and mental health.

With a focus on mindfulness, we can help you to adapt your life choices to include some simple calming and healing greenspace activities that suit you.

The activities we have available are suitable for all ages and abilities.

Activities for groups in forests, woodlands and parks as well as nearer to GP surgeries, hospitals and the like. 

We can tailor our offering for groups, projects and venues.

Note – all our outdoor activities will boost the health, wellbeing & community connections.
